How To Download From A Zipped File
You are going to receive a zipped file holding all the files and folders you need to set up a
sales website for your Niche Packages and your Wealth With Time team membership sales website.
The example below is going to be based on the Wealth With Time team membership website but all
the others will have the same steps -- they will just have a different list of files.
I assume you have acquired a program to unzip files at this point. If you do not have one, stop
here and go to and download the
jzip program. It is the one I use exclusively and it is free and easy to use.
Step One: Downloading The Files and Folders
Now that you have the software you need lets download your files and folders from my server
to your computer where you will make modifications to some of them and then you will upload all of
them to your server.
The files and folders are stored in a zip file called source-code.zip.
Here's what you need to do to get
them to your computer:
First, set up a folder somewhere convenient on your computer and give it
a name something like "Website Source Code" or if you have more than one
website name it the name of your domain name. In the example I am going
to use below I have set up a folder called "test-zip-folder" in the MY Documents
section of my computer.
You should have already opened the zipped folder before you came to this tutorial and you
should see the screen shown in the picture below.
Click on the OPEN button where the cursor is shown
and proceed to the following picture.
After clicking OPEN above you should now see a screen similar to the one shown in the picture
below. This picture shows the files you would receive from our Wealth With Time Team Website
download, but if you are downloading a Niche Package you will see the actual files you will
receive with that package. Click on the
EXTRACT button below the red arrow and proceed to the next picture.
Use the bar indicated by Arrow 1 to find the folder you set up above to receive your download. LEFT
Click on the file name (Arrow 2) and it should turn blue (at least in my browser). In my case
you can see I selected "test-zip-folder" that I said I created above.
Also when you select the file name it should be placed in the box above (Arrow 3) showing where the files
are going to be extracted to. Next, just click on the EXTRACT button (Arrow 4) and you are finished
-- all those files and the image folder are now on your computer in the folder you chose.
